All passes are valid from the first day to the last day of the given calendar month.

Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next month.

GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE

Participation in these sessions requires a thorough mastery of kettlebell techniques.

If you have never used a kettlebell before, we will teach you in private training sessions, so you can join any of our groups with confidence.

For circuit training, no prior kettlebell experience is required.

PRIVATE TRAINING PASSES

In private training sessions, it’s just you and the coach.
The schedule is flexible, with sessions available in the morning or afternoon.

You pay for 10 sessions, and we give you one extra as a gift.
With this pass, our focus is entirely on you — you work one-on-one with the coach. Depending on your goals, we can use any equipment, even create a solo circuit training session with multiple tools.
