HARDSTYLE KETTLEBELL

We are internationally certified instructors of StrongFirst, the world’s leading kettlebell education organization. The system was developed in the USA by Pavel Tsatsouline and his team — highly respected top coaches and movement specialists. Our teaching is built upon the knowledge we have gained directly from them.

KAATSU

KAATSU (pronounced “ka-tsu”) is associated with Dr. Yoshiaki Sato, who has been conducting research on the subject since 1966. It is a scientifically and medically well-founded training method used worldwide — from Olympians to recreational athletes, and even everyday individuals. It can also be applied effectively in injury rehabilitation and is an excellent choice for training older adults.

Triplex

At the Almásy Movement Academy, we had the privilege of learning directly from Csilla Almásy herself, the creator of this remarkable system. Triplex is a training method that can be effectively applied for both prehabilitation and rehabilitation purposes. Its goal is to eliminate dysfunctions that cause lower back pain by retraining movement patterns, while also preparing the body’s movement system for everyday activities as well as further sports performance.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN

In 2019, we completed the FMS Specialist course. Developed in 1995 by Gray Cook and Lee Burton, this screening system was designed to identify dysfunctions in fundamental human movement patterns that may later lead to injuries — in both elite athletes and recreational sports enthusiasts alike. The FMS test provides an excellent overview, and once performed, it allows us to determine precisely which exercises will best help each student achieve the most optimal results.

Ground Force Method

GFM is an easy-to-learn, playful bodyweight movement system that is perfect for all ages and is based on fundamental functional human movement patterns. It is suitable for engaging all muscle groups simultaneously and is an excellent choice even for individuals with lower fitness levels.

CIRCUIT WORKOUTS

In our circuit training sessions, we design a carefully structured course using the equipment available in our gym (e.g., TRX, kettlebell, sandbag, slam ball, SkiErg, rope, etc.), where participants spend a set amount of time at each station before returning to the starting point. By deliberately adjusting the work and rest intervals, we can increase or, when necessary, decrease the level of intensity. Even complete beginners are welcome to join.
