ELITE ATHLETE PACKAGES
These packages are designed for young athletes preparing for a professional sports career who need a solid foundation in movement quality, strength, endurance, and explosiveness.
They are also highly beneficial for athletes who are already competing but are committed to further improving their performance.
ELITE ATHLETE – INTRO – 5 DAYS
A program package running from Monday to Friday, with two sessions per day — a total of 10 sessions. A maximum of 5 participants take part in each session, ensuring everyone receives maximum attention.
The package includes:
- Functional movement pattern screening
- Joint warm-up, mobility, and stretching classes
- Instruction in movement patterns for strength, endurance, and explosiveness exercises
- Strength, endurance, and explosiveness development training sessions
- Proprioceptive Excercises
- Lecture on the importance of training, nutrition, rest, and recovery
ELITE ATHLETE – DEEP DIVE – 15 DAYS
A 3×5-day program package running from Monday to Friday, covering nearly 30 sessions.
Based on the same curriculum as the Intro package, but with the extended timeframe allowing for a more in-depth and comprehensive program.
